    Characteristics

    – Axial tapered piston variable pump of inclined shaft construction for open circuit hydrostatic transmission

    – Suitable for mobile machinery and industrial applications.

    – The output flow is proportional to the speed and pump displacement, and the flow is steplessly adjustable from maximum to zero (qvmax to qv min = 0).

    – Multiple variable methods are applicable to various adjustment and control devices.

    – Robust and compact bearing system for long life

    Safety Instructions

-The A7VO pump is designed for use in open-loop systems.

-The project planning, installation, and commissioning of axial piston units must be carried out by qualified personnel.

-Before using the axial piston unit, please read the corresponding instruction manual in its entirety. If needed, please contact Bosch Rexroth.

-There may be a risk of burns to the axial plunger unit (especially the electromagnet) during and shortly after operation. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (e.g., wearing protective clothing).

-The characteristics of the axial piston unit may vary depending on different operating conditions (working pressure, oil temperature).

    -Working circuit port:

    · Oil port and fixed thread are designed for maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of connecting components and pipelines meet the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, hydraulic fluid, and temperature).

    · The working line ports and functional ports are only used for hydraulic lines.

-Pressure shut-off valves and pressure controllers do not provide overpressure safety protection. An overflow valve will be provided in the hydraulic system.

-The data and instructions contained herein must be followed.

-The product cannot be approved as a component following the general mechanical safety concept of ISO 13849.

-The following tightening torques are applied:

    · Joint:

See manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of the joint used.

    · Mounting bolt:

For mounting bolts with ISO metric threads in accordance with DIN 13 and threads in accordance with ASME B1.1, we recommend checking the tightening torque of each box according to the VDI 2230.

    · Threaded hole of axial plunger unit:

The maximum allowable tightening torque MG max is the maximum value for internally threaded holes and must not be exceeded.

    · Locking screw:

For metal locking screws supplied with the axial plunger unit, the tightening torque MV required for the locking screw shall be used.
