Characteristics | -Swash plate structure dual-axis piston rotating assembly variable pump, used in open circuit hydrostatic transmission and walking machinery and fixed applications. -The components used in the pump are from the A11V series, which have been tested in practice and have reliable performance. -It can be self-priming, pressurized by the fuel tank or with a booster pump. -Powerful control program, which can realize different control and adjustment functions. -Constant power control setting can be achieved by external adjustment, even when the unit is operating (power control is required). -The through shaft drive is suitable for mounting a gear pump or a second axial piston pump. -The output flow is proportional to the transmission speed and pump displacement, and can be steplessly changed between the maximum and minimum displacement. |
Safety information
-Pump A20VO is designed for use in open circuits.
-Project planning, assembly and commissioning of pumps must be carried out by trained personnel.
-Working and functional oil ports are only designed for installation of hydraulic pipes.
-During and shortly after operation, the pump (especially the electromagnet) may have a risk of burns. Appropriate safety precautions, such as a protective clothing plan, should be taken.
-The characteristics may change due to different pump operating conditions (operating pressure, oil temperature).
-Tightening torque:
-The tightening torques indicated in this technical data sheet are maximum values and must not exceed these values (maximum values for tightening threads). The manufacturer's regulations for the maximum permissible tightening torque of the fittings used must be observed!
-For DIN 13 set screws, we recommend performing a separate check of their tightening torque in accordance with the 2003 edition of VDI 2230.
