	Characteristics	-The quantitative plug-in motor is equipped with an axial conical piston rotor set of inclined shaft design for hydrostatic transmission in open and closed circuits -Integration in the mechanical gearbox due to the grooved mounting flange in the center of the housing (very space-saving structure) -The output speed depends on the flow rate of the pump and the displacement of the motor -The output torque increases with the differential pressure between the high pressure side and the low pressure side. -Has a small size -with high total efficiency -Complete set of equipment, ready for assembly and testing -Easy to install, just plug into the mechanical gearbox -Configuration technical instructions that do not need to be followed during installation

Safety Instructions

-A2FE motors are designed for use in open and closed circuits.
-The project planning, installation and commissioning of the axial plunger unit must be carried out by qualified personnel.
-Please read the corresponding instruction manual completely before using the axial plunger unit. If necessary, it can be obtained from Bosch Rexroth.
-Risk of burns from the axial plunger unit during and shortly after operation. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (e. g. wearing protective clothing).
-The characteristics of the axial plunger unit may change due to different operating conditions (operating pressure, oil temperature).
-Working line port:
-The oil port and fixed thread are designed for the maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of connecting components and pipelines meet the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, hydraulic fluid, and temperature).
-The working and functional oil ports are only used for hydraulic lines.
-The data and instructions contained herein must be followed.
-This product cannot be approved as a component of a general-purpose machinery safety concept compliant with ISO 13849.
-Use the following tightening torque:
-Connectors:
See manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of the joint used.
-Mounting bolts:
For mounting bolts with ISO metric threads in accordance with DIN 13 and threads in accordance with ASME B1.1, we recommend checking the tightening torque of each box according to the VDI 2230.
-Threaded bore of axial plunger unit:
The maximum allowable tightening torque, MG max, is the upper limit for threaded holes and must not be exceeded. See the table below for numerical values.
-Locking screws:
For metal locking screws supplied with the axial plunger unit, the tightening torque MV required for the locking screw shall be used.
