Safety Information
-Pump A4VSO is designed to operate in open circuit.
-System design, installation and commissioning need to be performed by trained technicians and distributors.
-All hydraulic oil ports can only be used for fastening hydraulic maintenance lines.
-Tightening torque:
· All tightening torques listed in this sample are maximum values and cannot be exceeded (maximum values for internal threads in castings). Observe the information provided by the manufacturer regarding the maximum allowable tightening torque of the accessories used.
· For fastening screws according to DIN 13, it is recommended to check the allowable tightening torque according to VDI 2230 (issued in 2003) in all cases.
-During or shortly after operation of the pump, the housing and in particular the coil may be particularly hot. Take appropriate safety precautions (e. g., wear protective clothing).
-All data and information provided with the product must be followed.
Installation precautions
Installation location:
Optional. During commissioning, the pump housing must be filled with oil and filled up during operation.
In order to reduce the operating noise level, all connecting lines (suction, pressure and tank drain lines) must be separated from the tank using flexible elements.
The use of check valves in tank drain lines must be avoided.
The tank drain line must be connected directly back to the tank without changing the line size. There may be abnormal conditions, please consult us in time.
Can be installed vertically and horizontally.
