Safety Instructions
-A11VO pumps are designed for use in open circuits.
-Project planning, assembly and commissioning of axial plunger elements must be carried out by qualified personnel.
-The working line oil ports and functional oil ports are only designed for hydraulic lines.
-There is a risk of burns to the axial plunger elements (especially the electromagnets) during and shortly after operation. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (e. g. wearing protective clothing).
-Depending on the different operating conditions (operating pressure, oil temperature) of the axial plunger element, the characteristics may change.
-Pressure port:
Oil ports and fixed threads are designed for maximum specified pressure. The machine or system manufacturer must ensure that the safety factors of the connecting elements and lines meet the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow, hydraulic oil, temperature).
-The data and instructions contained herein must be followed.
-The following tightening torques are applied:
· Threaded bore of axial plunger element:
The maximum permissible tightening torque MG max is maximum for threaded holes and must not be exceeded.
· Joint:
See manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of the joint used.
· Fixing screws:
For fixing screws that meet DIN 13, we recommend a separate check of the tightening torque according to the VDI 2230.
· Locking screw:
For the metal locking screw supplied with the axial plunger element, the tightening torque MV required for the locking screw is applied.
-The product component is not certified in accordance with the general machine safety concept of DIN EN ISO 13849.
