  Safety Instructions

  -A8VO pumps are designed for use in open circuits.

  -Project planning, assembly and commissioning of pumps must be carried out by qualified personnel.

  -The working line oil port and the functional oil port are only designed to install hydraulic lines.

  -The motor (especially the electromagnet) may have a risk of burns during and shortly after operation. Take appropriate safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing.

  -The characteristics of the pump may vary, depending on the operating conditions of the pump (operating pressure, oil temperature).

  -Tightening torque:

  -The tightening torques indicated in this technical data sheet are maximum values and must not be exceeded (maximum thread torque).

    The manufacturer's instructions for the maximum permissible tightening torque of the installation tools used must be observed!

  -For DIN 13 fixing screws, we recommend that the tightening torque be checked separately according to the 2003 version VDI 2230.

  Safety Instructions

  During commissioning and operation, the axial piston unit must always be filled with hydraulic oil and purged of air. The above precautions should also be observed when the deactivation time is relatively long, because

  The system may be drained via hydraulic lines.

  The housing drain chamber is connected internally to the oil suction chamber. It is not necessary to connect the case drain line to the reservoir.

  Pay attention to the specifications 200 the characteristics of the flushing fluid. (Port R4)

  In all operating conditions, the suction line must be fed below the minimum oil level in the tank.

  The minimum suction pressure at port S must not fall below 0.8 bar.

  Installation location

  Axis horizontal.

  Installation below fuel tank

  Installation below the oil tank means that the pump should be installed below the minimum oil level of the oil tank.
