–  A2FMThe motor is designed for use in an open circuit.

-The project planning, installation and commissioning of the axial plunger unit must be carried out by qualified personnel.

-Please read the corresponding instruction manual completely before using the axial plunger unit. If necessary, it can be obtained from Bosch Rexroth.

-Risk of burns from the axial plunger unit during and shortly after operation. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (e. g. wearing protective clothing).

-The characteristics of the axial plunger unit may change due to different operating conditions (operating pressure, oil temperature).

-Working line port:

·  The oil port and fixing thread are designed according to the maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of connecting components and pipelines meet the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, hydraulic fluid, and temperature).

·  The working line ports and functional ports are for hydraulic lines only.

–  The data and instructions contained herein must be followed.

–  The product cannot be approved as a component that follows the general mechanical safety concept of ISO 13849.

–  An overflow valve will be installed in the hydraulic system.

–  Use the following tightening torques:

·  Joints:

See manufacturer's instructions for tightening torque of the joint used.

·  Install the bolt:

For mounting bolts with ISO metric threads in accordance with DIN 13 and threads in accordance with ASME B1.1, we recommend checking the tightening torque of each box according to the VDI 2230.

·  Threaded bore of axial plunger unit:

Maximum allowable tightening torque MG max This is the maximum value for threaded holes and must not be exceeded.

·  Locking screw:

   For metal locking screws supplied with the axial plunger unit, the tightening torque required for the locking screws shall be usedMV。
